Will De Souza is a highly trained, specialised performance and movement coach. Beginning his learning in Brazil after injury stopped his career as a professional indoor volleyball player, Will started with questioning how athletes prepare their bodies for the demands of sports.
Will has studied exercise and movement extensively including completing a bachelor of physical education, a bachelor of exercise and sports science and a post graduate diploma in Exercise Physiology & Sports Nutrition. Will continued his studies through Functional Movement Analysis bridging the gap in between rehabilitation and Strength & Conditioning with FMA Institute founder Mark Buckley USA Strength Coach Mike Boyle,FMS founder Doctor Gray Cook, Movement revolutionist Doctor Kelly Starrett. He expanded his learning path while involved with Australian Football Premier League Clubs developing and teaching proper movement preparation to support elite, sustainable athletes.
